Shipping Terms

These Shipping Terms outline the policies and procedures regarding the shipping of orders from Sabelt America. By placing an order on our Website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Shipping Carriers

We use FedEx and UPS as our primary shipping carriers to deliver your orders. All shipments are processed through ShipStation to provide you with the most efficient and reliable delivery service.

2. Shipping Locations

Currently, we only ship orders to addresses within the United States and Canada. We do not offer international shipping outside of these locations at this time. We reserve the right to cancel any orders placed with a shipping address outside of these countries.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method of your order. You will be provided with the shipping cost during checkout. Please note that for shipments to Canada, additional duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. Processing times may vary during peak periods or due to product availability.

5. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout based on the shipping method selected. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or weather conditions.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through the carrier's website or directly via ShipStation’s tracking page.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. Sabelt America is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

8. Shipping Delays and Issues

While we strive to ensure timely delivery of your orders, Sabelt America is not responsible for shipping delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, carrier delays, or events beyond our control. In case of a significant delay, please contact us at shop@sabeltamerica.com for assistance.

9. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at shop@sabeltamerica.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Shipping Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our Website, and your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
